Week 9- Getting Iron miles!!

This week I logged in some mileage similar to race day and both were great experiences that turned out well!

Monday- Rest Day

Tuesday- 8 mile run through Central Park

Wednesday- 14 mile ride with Iron Tri Club

Thursday- 2000 yard pool swim

Friday- 3 mile run

Saturday- an awesome 2 mile swim around Governors Island

Sunday-a beautiful  100 mile ride through Hudson Valley
