Week 29- Days 2-7

Week 29- Long week filled with lots of sick kids family stuff and of course work!

Day 2- PM training 30 mins of the spin bike followed by 15 min run

Day 3- PM training 45 min run outside

Day 4- AM training 2500 yard swim drills

Day 5- midday hour and half on the bike trainer

Day 6- fun run at fleet feet hour and 15 min run! Then Super Bowl!!!

Day 7- tomorrow is rest!!
