Week 17- Toe in the water

Getting back to work this week and all of its bumpiness!

1/2 hour power swim. Tuesday

45 min spin/ 1 mile run Wednesday

Thursday- 16 hour work day that counts right lol

Friday- no excuse

Saturday- 6 mile run while waiting for Mia to get out of her running group

Sunday- 14 mile bike
