Week 15- keep on keeping on

Monday- Track work with my daughters! 1.5 miles

Tuesday- Central Park run 5 miles

Wednesday- Pool swim drills 1650 yds

Thursday- 15 min spin and strength training 2 circuits

Friday- 5 mile night run

Saturday- packet pick up for next weeks Oly Tri and Family time

Sunday- 12 mile bike ride
