Week 14- Olympic Triathlon

Monday- 14 Miles Bike

Tuesday- 5 mile run

Wednesday- 30 mins on the Rower

Thursday- Rest Day

Friday- 3 mile run

Saturday- Prep for Race day

Sunday- Olympic Triathlon – .90 mile Swim, 34 mile bike, 6.2 mile run Jerseyman: It was a beautiful day but hard. Elevation was rough for me on the Bike but I learned a lot of my weaknesses. We fight another day!!
