Week 12- The Chaos commencement!!

Summer is knocking on the door and the race season has begun. The balance of family, work, trainI gotta, and racing is enough to drive you to drink 🍺!!

Monday- Rest day

Tuesday- 6 mile run in Central Park

Wednesday- 13 mile ride/ 1 mile run with Iron Tri Club

Thursday-2000 yd drill swim with Iron Tri Club

Friday- meetings, meetings and missed work outs😩

Saturday- 18 mile ride and 2000 yd swim and then a Spartan sprint with the Fleet Feet crew!!

Sunday- Annual  GWB 10K
