Week 10-Training and party’s house warming that is!!

Week 10 final prepping of the house for the party and squeezing in whatever I can for training..

Monday- Iron Pt Tri Club swim- 2400 yards of warm up and drills— definitely helping my technique! ….prior built a garden bed in the yard and moved a lot of bags of dirt!

Tuesday- 6.25 run at lunch in the park..3 mile ride in the city.

Wednesday- Iron Pt Early Morning Brick 8 mile ride and a 3 mile run.

Thursday- Rest day—-landscaping and Stret fair with my girls!

Friday-16 mile morning solo ride before work…interior house work and set up!

Saturday- Queens 10k with the Wife and Jen!..not bad time of 52 mins and some change! Than a long day of prep, hosting, and clean up! Crashed at about 11:45

Sunday- Iron PT Tri club to the rescue! Got me out the door!! 25 miles at a nice pace! Happy Father’s Day!!

Past due is uping the mileage!! Got to get my miles in!!
