Tuesday-Day 1 swim training

After finishing this past weekends half marathon I decided to keep Day 1 to just some swim training! And alas I had to cut that short as well, started at the Local YMCA and need to adjust to the pool hours.

200 yd warm up

8 x 50yd with fins

3x50yd with 20 sec rest each

4x 75yd 20sec

3x 100 yd 20 sec

6 x 50yd with fins

200 yd cool down
